- Open an assigned case and select “New filing.”
- Choose the document type and enter its title, requested action, and grounds.
- Review the text before submitting and retain the receipt.
- Attach PDF, PNG, or JPEG evidence to the filed document. Uploads must pass malware scanning before a case manager can release them to other participants. The Judge Advocate General has access to every case and restricted filing; other readers require express authorization.
